This summer I did some illustrations for a new blog about nordic coffee culture by Wilfa.
As you might have guessed, it`s a blog about good coffee and how much it influences the nordic cultures. Who would have ever lived up here if we did not have coffee, right?

I love when campaigns turn out like this, fun and playful. :)
The agency behind the campaign is Saatchi & Saatchi.

Eight magazine 10/10/2011

In june I was asked to contribute to the next Eight magazine. Eight magazine is a free magazine published throughout the Netherlands and in Copenhagen by HUB footwear to promote new artists. The magazine is in international A3 size and all the illustrations are ready to be cut out and framed to be put on your wall. Really nice idea for a free magazine I think. The theme in this issue was "the city where you live", and the city name had to be incorporated into the illustration.

And another thing I really love is that Killian Eng is on the opposite side of the spread. I remember first seeing his amazing work as a jury member at Kolla some years ago. We all loved it so much, and unanimously awarded him the gold award in the student category. I would strongly recommend to check out his work here, here and here.

Lisbeth Bjørndal the founder of barnigjen .no just did this amazing makeover using our fabrics in a little playhouse in her garden. I absolutely love what she has done with the fabrics, and she even crocheted the little hamburger on the stove, and fruits and cupcakes on the table!

Still here, and busy as a bee with lots of new projects. Hence the lack of updates.
Just gave my site a real makeover, and there will be some new exiting products in the shop soon.

Bambi necklaces for sale at BerlinTexaz! 07/01/2011

The new labels are already put into good use. Yesterday I delivered a batch of bambi necklaces to BerlinTexaz in Grünerløkka, and they are already up in the store window.

The necklaces are a collaboration between me and my dear Superrune and me.

The village of Čičmany 06/08/2011

Yesterday, just by chance, I stumbled upon some pictures of the slovakian village of Čičmany, and became totally obsessed by it. The paintings on the houses are so incredibly beautiful, and they even paint their little garden sheds and bridges in the same style.
