Yesterday, just by chance, I stumbled upon some pictures of the slovakian village of Čičmany, and became totally obsessed by it. The paintings on the houses are so incredibly beautiful, and they even paint their little garden sheds and bridges in the same style.

oh wow, that is really interesting. i love seeing how different cultures decorate their houses. we're pretty reserved here.
